Hi,
I have an ISDN backup circuit that is down on one side. I have a connection back to the Telco accordng to the NT1 LED and the Telco says they can see my NT1. I also had them come out to check the smartjack just by chance it was something odd. So right now I still do not have connectivity over the ISDN line with Layer 1 Deactivated. I have enabled debugging of events and q921 but the only message I get when I clear the interface and shut/no shut is ISDN BR0: L1 persistent Deactivated. Anybody think this could be a bad card? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nick

Can you post your router config here?
And also turn on debug output for q921 to debug the first 2 layers.
