I am trying to understand the isis mesh group.
Suppose router R1's gig1, gig2, gig3 are in mesh group 1 and gig4, gig5 are in mesh group 2. then if gig1 receives an LSP then the LSP will be flooded from gig2 and gig3 only. Am I correct in my understanding?
If my understanding is correct then in the following case
R1-----(gig1)R2(gig2)---R3.
Suppose gig1 is part of mesh group 1 and gig2 is part of mesh group 2.
And if there is an LSP coming from R3 then LSP should not be flooded through gig1. Am I correct?
