ISP failover on two cisco 3800 routers

Dear All,

I have two cisco 3845 routers which we plan for active standby purpose.Now one ISP terminated on one router and working fine now we are planning for second ISP for standby.

Now i want to achive if one ISP fails second ISP should work . Now we are using first isp and some of the portals working through first ISP if second ISP come how can i configure my router for failover  and i want to configure second isp public ips for portals.

Please any body plz give me idea and sample config doc.

How long is a piece of string!?  there is dozens of ways to do this. What routing protocols are you using?

Hi Minkdennis,

Thanks for your reply and presently only one isp is connected and its a RJ-45 one wan ip,one lan ip and default route thats all.

please share best idea plz.
