ISP Peering Issues

We have some issues with people accessing https traffic over internet from east coast to west coast.The response time for them is really bad and sometime the images do not load properly or text is missing and it takes a very long time to load.

The interesting point it happens only from some localtion on the east side and otherwise all other places the response time is okay.

On the other hand http works very well and there is no problem while working with http.

Is anybody seen this type of behaviour using different ISP's specially while accessing https data..?

In general it is not advisable to try and fix provider related issues by yourself. When you are able to determine that the problem only exists with one provider, you can ask him to investigate the issue or switch to another provider.
