ISR 4K AX License

Hi All,

Table 5 on the link above states that a SEC license is needed to run DMVPN. However, it also states that an Application Experience (AX) license already includes Security. Does this mean that I can run DMVPN with just an AX license and without a SEC license?

Hi, 

You may want to check with your SE or account manager, as I don't see DMVPN being mentioned in Q&A at all. Its all about applications and WAAS.

Our SE confirmed that AppX has the security features to run DMVPN. It's weird because if you look at the SKUs on CCW, the SEC license costs more than AppX.

Ok, good to know you can use security and all the AppX using one license. 

They need to document it better.
