I looking for the MTBF for the CS2800 and CS3800 HWIC.

Can someone help me on that ?

On the cisco website you can have the mtbf for the voice module and othe chassis but not fot he HWIC module.

Thais is the reason for which you have to contact Cisco when the information is no published, that happens often.

Anyway to be honest, MTBFs are just semi-random number, calculated with nobody knows what method, and are of no use in practical networking.
