ISR with a very high percentage of the DRAM

Hi,

we have Cisco ISR 4k with a very high percentage of the DRAM

what could be the reason and how to resolve this ?

 

IOS 16.12.04

Contact Cisco TAC and ask them to see which one this is: CSCvg26073, CSCvf52877, CSCuw66262 or CSCuv52648

Recommendation:  Do not use 16.12.X.   Use the latest 16.6.X or 16.9.X but avoid 16.12.X.

check some troubleshoot steps : and we need to find what process is taking RAM : (to find any bugs reported same ?)

Do not use 16.12.4 and above.  

Downgrade to 16.12.3 or 16.12.3a or use 17.3.4.

Ok, I have some bad news and I have some f**king bad news.  

Bad News:  The router has a memory leak and will probably crash in the next 5 days.  

F**king Bad News:  The router is running a f**cking buggy code, 16.12.4, which is infamously known for a multitude of memory leaks, CPU hogs, SNMP-caused crashes, and the list goes on and on.  

I still have a command to try to find out what is causing the memory leak: 

sh process memory platform sort location r0 

for now there is no crash , here the output of
