Can anyone tell me if, when implementing IWAN PFRv3 with NHRP redirect/shortcut (spoke-to-spoke DMVPN) enabled; when there is a communication issue in the host (internet) network that prevents two spokes from establishing tunnels (eg Level3 is having problems talking to ATT that day, so you can get to your Verizon hubs from both spokes but the two spokes can't talk to each other), does PFRv3:
1) Detect that the two sites can't establish a tunnel, remove the nhrp shortcut, and traffic continues to bounce through the hub, assuming metrics via the hub still make it the preferred path?
2) Detect that the two sites can't establish a tunnel, leave the nhrp shortcut in place and reroute completely around DMVPN via an alternate path (or fail to communicate if DMVPN is the only path connecting the spokes)
3) Fail to detect that the spokes can't communicate based on the successful flows/probes to/from the hub and each individual spoke being successful?
