Hi All,
If I have VRF1 running OSPF and VRF2 running EIRGP, can I leak routes between each VRF or are they required to have the same routing protocol running?
Separately - When leaking between VRFs, does this affect the AD of routes or is this kept the same?
Thanks

Hi,
Yes, its a little different when you going between global and a vrf.
Here are a couple links for more info:

Hi,
Yes, you can run different protocols for different VRFs. If you want the VRFs to communicate with each other than you would need to redistribute the VRF instances. The AD will change once you redistribute between VRFs.

Hello,
Been doing further reading on this. If i want to leak routes between a VRF and the GRT, is the process different than it is from trying to leak routes between two separate VRFs?
