Losing 100mbs when behind ISR 4351

Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this.

After moving to a new site, we realized that our speeds were 200 Mbps instead of the promised 300Mbps.The ISP was seeing 300Mbps on the circuit and asked to test.

At the Handoff I get 300Mbps at the Border router, I'm seeing 200Mbps. (which is what the handoff connects to.)

Here are the interface configs:

interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0
description INTERNAL INTERNET INTERFACE
ip address Y.Y.Y.Y
ip flow monitor Flow_Monitor input
negotiation auto
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/0/1
description VERIZON INTERNET CIRCUIT ID: EDBLB2680001
ip address X.X.X.X
no ip redirects
no ip unreachables
ip flow monitor Flow_Monitor input
media-type rj45
negotiation auto

Not sure what in this router is making 100Mbs disappear

Have you installed the performance-license on the 4351? Without that, 200 Mbit/s is what you should get. The performance-license will increase the throughput to 400 Mbit/s.

I believe it may be the throughput license which is a right to use type license. I had to do the same on a 4331.
