Hello,
I have a scenario with DSL line connected to HWIC-1ADSL-M card, I am facing some packet drops (WAN-to-WAN ping tests) and very low bandwidth. The provider already checked the line and saw no issues in it (but I am still doubtful about that). I am also getting the below error on the router, is there any way to conclude from the below outputs any problem with the HWIC card...?

hi EB,
you've got a very high line attentuation. kindly report this again to your SP. you also got CRCs. replace RJ11 and monitor again. if it's still increasing, ask your SP to re-punch or re-terminate the line.
