MACE on ASR 1001 IOS-XE 3.12S

I have  an ASR 1001 IOS-XE 3.12S with AES.  The command set for FNF MACE is not there.  Has anyone else seen this?

Router(config)# flow monitor type ?
  performance-monitor  Config media monitor flow monitor type
  <cr>

I do not have the "mace" commands available.

MACE was replace in IOS-XE 3.8 with the Metric Mediation Agent.  The new CLI is providing the Application Response Time (ART) engine via the "performance-monitoring" CLI.

Router(config)# flow record type performance-monitoring <NAME>
