MiCollab Application cant connect to server - Cisco ASA issue

We have a new application (Mitel MiCollab) and our users can connect to the Mitel cloud without any issues on our MPLS offices.

 

At our non-MPLS offices the application cant seem to reach the server.

 

Our routing is done by a Cisco ASA 5506/5508 which i have checked and it seems that the ports are opened and there isn't anything in the ACL that would block the traffic.

 

I can ping the address from the firewall and the users PC but the app can't reach the server.  

 

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
