how to make it layer 3 interface(routed port/real port)
Same as the 6500 switch:
interface gx/x
no switchport
ip address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
is there any pro and cons using this 6748 module? or is it better to use SIP ? tx
You rely on the PFC QoS while with SIP, you can implement hierarchical QoS. I'm sure there are other differences but that's the only one that comes to mind w/o extensive searching :)

Hi, the 6748 line cards will work and behave the same on the 7600's as the 6500's.
To make it work as L3 interfaces, issue the following interface level commands:
no switchport
ip address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
no shut
If you are doing QoS, it is better off to use the SIP, because the 6700's does not support shaping.
