my CCNP R&S exam was expired before Jan 2020 now only Tshoot is valid, now i would like to go with MPLS exams, please anyone suggest me is there any basic exam available for Mpls topic.

The first exam to feature a heavily weighted section on MPLS is 350-501 SPCOR:

...there is no Service Provider Associate certificate.
