Multicast FR Point-Point won't replicate Multicast packets

All,

I have an issue.  Hub Rtr --> Edge Rtr Point to Point Subs Frame Relay.  Every 4 minutes the host sends two Multicast packets.  First one is very small and the second trails by spilt seconds and is not much larger.  Issue, I debug and can see the first packet sent out egress sub-interfaces to the edge but I do not see the second packet replicate at all.

I can provide more detail if need be, this seems to be an unique situation for me.

NOTE:  If I disable fast switching on both sides it works.  makes no sense.  I need to run in the most optimal level as possible.

Let me know your thoughts, ideas or solutions.....

Could you be a lil more clearer ?

Is it because of the "ip pim nbma-mode" mode missing or is it that you want to debug the packets ?

Are you disabling fast switching for only mcast packets or ?
