Hi,
Right now I have 2 ISP connection with 30Mbps each and I am runnign BGP on Cisco 3550 Switch with default route.
Now we are going to buy 1 more line of 40Mbps from another ISP. This is setup for Hosting DataCenter, I want to get full BGP routing table from ISP to get better path for all packet.
Which Router will have enough RAM and Flash to handel BGP routing table(budget issue). I think 2951 with 2GB flash should do it.
One more thing I want failover with it. So I will buy 2 device. I have 1 2901 right now. so I will use it as backup router and will use default route from that router, I think I can do it with HSRP or VRRP.

For DC WAN Edge, a 2951 may be too slow and CPU may be impacted with high BGP table + throughput demands.
I recommend going with an ASR.
