Here is the scenario:
I have to locations connected via a T3 with a VPN/GRE tunnel for backup. If the T3 fails traffic is re-routed almost transparently across the VPN tunnel with the exception of Citrix traffic. Because of the few seconds it takes for the traffic to re-route, Citrix users almost always get disconnected.
My question is; is it possible to create a multipoint group with the T3 and the VPN tunnel but have traffic only cross the T3 unless the T3 goes down? My thinking is that all of my routes between these 2 locations would come from the multipoint interface and would take less time to re-route the traffic to the VPN tunnel.
