My wireless cannot see the 1040 cisco aironet

Hye,

Guys everyone can connect to the 1040 ap except my laptop and another one. for some reason it stopped showing , it was working fine and out of the blue nothing.

Any ideas on why this happened?

Is the SSID broadcasting or hidden?

It is broadcasting, all my employees are connected to it.

Edit: now there's another employee facing the same problem as mine.
