I'm finding learning QOS quite taxing & confussing. I would like to know which book will be suitable to understaning the concepts along with the configuration.

QoS is too generic ... your job are focused on IP based infrastructures, or maybe on MPLS as well? L2 or better L3? or are you interested on a generic point of view?

Hi,
thanks for your details.
Well, normally a good start point is the 'Cisco CD' (http://www.cisco.com/univercd).
For example:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/qos/configuration/guide/12_4/qos_12_4_book.html
A good book, well detailed and good written (the autors are autenthic QoS gurus):
http://www.amazon.com/Deploying-MPLS-QoS-Multiservice-Networks/dp/0123705495

Ryel,
I would also check out the QoS SRND guide. It has some very good reference material.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/solutions/Enterprise/WAN_and_MAN/QoS_SRND/QoS-SRND-Book.html
HTH,
