HI
think everyone know without me. Traditionaly in datacenter Server connect with LAN switch and SAN Switch by ( LAN card and HBA card)
and from San Switch another fiber connectivity with SAN.
Now I heard Cisco come with Nexsus switch whcich reduses cable and others. now my condustion is
Connectivity Server-Nexsus-SAN.
if I have Server , Nexsus switch and SAN then what will be connectivity ;
1. Server ( NIC, HBA) two cable connect to Nexsus Switch and from Nexsus Switch connect to SAN
Or
2. Server ( NIC) one cable connect to Nexsus Switch and from Nexsus Switch connect to SAN.
If have any clear degin, document, ppt then share with me and Please assist to clear my confusion.
