Dear All:
Our company has a Cisco 3600 with NM-2CE1U,and Cisco 2600 with WIC-1T.There is a connecting problem below:
1.Serial2/1:1 is reset, line protocol is down
2.E1 2/1 is down
How do I slove these two problems?

Hello,
The controller is down due to an LOF (Loss of Frame).
Can you provide some details on the topology ?
Is there an external csu/dsu that is connecting to the WIC-1T ? If yes, how is it configured ?
On the NM, you have the following settings -
Framing is CRC4, Line Code is HDB3, Clock Source is Line.
What are the settings you have on the CSU/DSU that is connecting to the WIC-1T ?
