No Auto Summary Not Saved in 3650_24PS EIGRP

Hi,

In Packet Tracer, I’m using a Layer 3 switch (3650_24PS) with EIGRP configured. When I enter the command no auto-summary and save the configuration using either write memory or copy running-config startup-config, the setting is lost after a restart of Packet Tracer. The no auto-summary command become auto-summary upon reboot. Please Help

in real router and other program the command is disappear and shown only if you run 
show run all | b eigrp 

in your case if the packet tracer return to command to auto-summary then it bug 

and as suggestion dont use PKT use GNS3 or EVE-NG both are free
