No Service-module command

Hi everyone,

I need some help, my client just bought cisco 4331 and want to use voicemail. I've read about this in some articles, they said in 4331 voicemail use service engine interface for CUE.

In my 4331 router, there is serviceengine0/4/0 interface, but when i in to serviceengine0/4/0 i cannot issue "Sevice-module" command, and there is no option for service-module command.

Am i missing something?

As far as i have seen and read on 4k routers the CUE is virtual and runs in a container , 4k needs a harddrive 50gb min, so you would load an ova onto it for it to operate vmail from the 4k

I encounter the same problem on ISR4321 router. I use as version: isr4300-universalk9.03.16.04b.S.155-3.S4b-ext.SPA.bin

I followed the cisco procedure contained in the file whose link is below.

However, I can not activate virtual services. is there a procedure to activate the virtual-service?
