I am working on getting my router and switch to work with my cable modem. I have gotten the router to see the outside world and ping addresses. I am now working on the switch and having issues. switch L2->L3
in global <ip routing >
in interface <no switchport> if this not support then
config SVI "VLAN interface" with IP.

Hi
It seems that you have a layer 2 switch in hands, which is expected for this switch model.
But, with apropriate licesing you can possibly use it as layer 3 device.
However, you need IP service license. You can check with "show version" if it shows
Lan base or IP base, you ned to change the license to IP sercvice.
The problem is that this switch is probably end of everything, so, chances are you can not fix this.
