Hi Guys, I'm trying to do the Multi-Area OSPF in 5 routers.

It the first time that I do that. So, I don't know what am I doing wrong can someone help me?

Thanks a lot in advance

Topology

Build the following network. (multi-area OSPF, VLANs)

5 Routers with serial ports

2 Switches (switch attached to the last router on each leg)

1 end device attached to each switch

Network Leg A:

10.10.10.0/25; network host requirement is 100 devices

  VLAN 100

Network Leg B:

172.16.20.0/26; network host requirement is 50 devices

VLAN 200

Configure multi-area OSPF and ping successfully from Leg A to Leg B.

Enable to pin from Pc1 to Router 1, Pc 2 to Router 2 and between the routers but I CANNOT ping between the pcs that is what I need to do.

Hello

Just like to add you can even go a step furhter as both areas are stubs, you can make them so.

router 2
router ospf 1
area 1 stub no-summary

router 1
router ospf 1
area 1 stub

router 4
router ospf 1
area 2 stub no-summary

router 5
router ospf 1
area 2 stub
