Hi All ,
My ospf router is showing that it is in INIT state & not forming FULL state , how should i fix the problem.

There could be many reason it is in INIT state and need lots of information. However, you can try this link on troubleshooting OSPF. Check the INIT part.

Hi,
for ospf to form adjacency you have to be sure of these parameters:
hello timers
hold timers
MTU size
area
authentication (if configured)
these parameters should be same in both routers to form adjacency.

Try:
sh ip ospf neighbor
Then use the interface to do:
sh ip ospf interface

Show ip ospf ----
show ip ospf interface
show ip protocols
The above commands should be able to give you all the parameters

Please remember that also the "stub" flag must match between interfaces in the same area.
