OSPF routing case study

Hello the community,

You can find attached the case study topology and routers configurations.

For information :

- Site routers are ISR4331

- Dc routers are ASR1001-x router

- These routers can accept by default 16 différents path to join a network and seems to make load sharing between thes path.

I have severals questions:

1- On the router R1 and R2 I can annonce the network 10.45.208.0/20 using a "network 10.45.208.0/20 area 0 and passive inerface" or "redistribute connected"

1a - What is the best practise and why ?

1b - If I use redistribut conected the router becomes an ASBR router ?

2- What is the role of the back to back links between routers ?

3- On the DC Main router interface Fa3 I have ip ospf cost 100. It mean that all the routes learned by this interface will have OSPF cost of 100.

3a - So how can be sure that it will use Site Main router to join the green network (10.1465.0.0/16) ?

3b - Same question to join the red network (10.45.208.0/20) ?

Your brains are welcoms.

Thanks in advance

Regards.
