Outside interface stops sending and receiving traffic

Cisco ASA 5510.  Between 5 to 10 minutes of reseting the asa traffic stop accessing outside ip addresses.  Ping from console fails to ISP router IP. Ping to google name server failes.  I have reset to factory default only setting up nic and natting and it still happens.  Could it be hardware failure?  Though if I restore the config it runs for 5 to 10 minutes.  So it tends to make me think it is a configuration error on my part any help would be appreciated.

what's your Nat config ? is there traffic on at the device at the time ? if so how much ?

I think it is my ISP.  Thought to ping another IP inside their router and got responces to ping.  Opened a trouble ticket with them to see.  Thanks for the response though.
