what is the difference between ISR G2 ios pay load encryption and no payload encryption
pls help

Payload encryption means it includes the entire encryption suite (SSH, IPSec for VPN, etc...). Without payload encryption means you can not encrypt traffic through the router (ie. no IPSec VPN), but you can still use SSH or SSL to manage the router.

Based on the Cisco IOS Navigation Tool, there is NO DIFFERENCE in the below two images
IP Base(K9) & IP Base (without Payload Encryption)
( Wierd )
None of them have SSL VPN, all VPN features are in the Security License
