PC cannot get past gateway interface

Hello

I am having a problem with the PCs accessing one another. Specifically, PC4 accessing PC1 and vice versa

In the diagram:

• all routers can successfully ping all other outside router interfaces
• PCs have the internal router interface as the gateway
• PCs can only ping their gateway and the outside interface of the connected routers
• have tried the ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.30.10 command on R4 with no success

Have you considered the possibility that PC to PC ping may be impacted by firewall on the PC not allowing ping?

adding to other comments, you can use the best tool to traceroute the x.x.x.x command to see where it dropping.

if the traceroute completed up to the Gateway of where Pc connected, then as @Richard Burts suggested PC has FW while preventing to ping each other, so disable and test it.
