Pix failover crashed

Hi, I have one pair of PIX which is working as active and standby. Somehow, standby is failed.

Now I got one new Pix from Cisco, please suggest how can I configure standby so that it can be synced with Primary.

Please suggest me same process for ASA too.

My advice, go to the Cisco documentation site and find the document that applies to your specific hardware/software.  There will be a chapter dedicated to failover.  Follow this guide EXACTLY.  Straying from the steps can lead to unexpected results.
