I'm getting all of the following errors on three different 56K circuits - all are at the same location and all likely riding the same higher level facilities when handing off from teh LEC to our provider. The building maintenace supervisor has told me that they have had problems on three other customer circuits since we received heavy moisture in early May - this all corresponds to about when these issues popped up for us.
The errors are: giants, input, CRC, frame, overruns aborts and carrier transistions.
They cannot fix this. I've tested everything good on our end and it's become a "pissing match" at this point. I believe the carrier transisitions are definitively pointing at telco if not mistaken? I understand that CRC's are typically pointing at telco, but can be an internal wiring issue. I have tested all the cabling good with a Fluke. Since I have three routers taking the same errors & the configs are clone copies, other than the site IP specifics to approximately 120 other sites, I feel good about ruling out our hardware.
Can someone please define and point at the source of all the errors?

Have building maintenance check the telco entry into the building for water damage. go with them if possible.
Just for drill, how is the timing set on your routers?

Hi,
I'm just curious, would like to know whether your WAN links are also flapping? We've encountered a similar issue wherein our serial WAN links flaps and errors are incrementing during a heavy rain. It turned out that the telco demarc grounding got moisture. I would advise to ask your telco do an occular check for this case.
