i tryed to use policy in policy with service-name but i failed

what i should do to accomplish this cenario?

can i give them an ip pool & police them with policy-maps then make another policy that match all ip pool then limit it with cir?

is any beter strategy?

Unsure this will work, but logically something like:

policy-map UsersLimit

class UserX

shape|police #

policy-map AggregateLimit

class class-default

service-policy UsersLimit

shape|police 10000000

interface

service-policy output AggregateLimit

i tried this way

but the problem is

we can`t use 5 child policy in the parent policy...
