port fowarding not saving permenatly

i have a 800 Series Cisco Adsl router, now my problem is that when ever i restart the router all the port faward settings vanishes, & i have to renter the port foward settings, same is the case with my other 800 Series router at a diffrent location.

i am using webased interface to configure it.

Hi

After the config through the web is done then pls do the following?

(1)Telnet the router.

(2)Enter into privilage mode.

(3)Give command "write mem" and then reload.

Do you still get the same result?
