Good Morning ALL

 

I have a ASR 1004 RP1 that is giving me this error message.  "Hardware component is in warning and/or critical state" when I investigate it is showing "subslot 0/0 transceiver 0 TX/RX Power Sensor" when I do sh platform cpu it show really nothing.  Is this a fault with the XE IOS or should I be really worried.  I have an attachment to this issue.

Hi, the issue seems related to power supply voltage of a transceiver.

Try to post the result of command  'show int transceiver details'.

In this way we can check for power voltage issue.

Verify that Gi0/0/0 interface is shut or not.
