What is there to share?  The router is a 3945E with unknown SRE.  And it is an End-of-Support product.

Serial number tells me the router was manufactured 2013.

Yes i agree, But for AMC support we need an part number details for next maintenance,

Wut?  

No one is going to "guarantee" the maintenance of an end-of-support router like a 3945E.  

The "support" is not going through Cisco.  It could be someone who has a small quantity of 3945 router with questionable "reliability".
