public dns directing to internal dns server

Good Morning! I would like to know if it is possible to make a DNS redirection from the client's LAN to a local DNS server? ex. the client on the LAN uses a public DNS 8.8.8.8 port 53 and the router would take this passing traffic and make a redirect to x.x.x.x port 53 which would be the local server.
In this way, the network administrator has control over the content access policy determined by the company.
My client concetrador is an asr1000 clients authenticate via PPPoE, would you know if you would have the possibility in this hardware line?

Hello

Change your DHCP server scope dns options to point to the local dns server, then all client receiving dhcp allocation will use the local dns for name resolution
