Question on inbound QoS policy from MPLS provider

I'm getting complaints about echoing VOIP coming in from a branch office.  My outbound service policy seems to be working just fine. I have not implemented an incoming policy as I thought I could just trust dscp coming into the router and switch. Upon running wireshark, I see EF dropping before it gets to the VOIP server. Do I need to implement an inbound policy?
