Queue size increment

Hi team ,

 Would like to know , How fair it is increasing the queue size. Do we need to  keep in mind any other parameter while increasing and what would be the main disadvantage while increasing the queue size.

Can you post the device model and IOS code running on it.

it would be nice if you can post the example of the Queue you seeing increment (what is the device connected to that port)

to understand better.

That depends on resources on device and BDP (bandwidth delay product).

You might increase latency. You might also increase (initial - i.e. slow start) TCP transmission rate.
