Queueing on FE/GE Interfaces

I'm under the impression that our current router platforms wouldn't be able to handle various queueing strategies on E and FE interfaces. (GE out of the question.) Our WAN service handoffs will be of the ethernet type. Current routers include: 3660s, 2611XMs, 2800s. Any thoughts on this? What about GE?

There is not a way of doing LLQ/CBWFQ on a per-users basis? So this means that Service Providers cannot do Voice and Data aggregation for broadband users that came in using a single VC (multiple users in the same vc) or users that came in through Ethernet interfaces (PPPoEoE) ??

The issue can be solved only for a single users coming in through a PVC, aplying shaping at the VC level, but this only apply for ATM access and not Ethernet access.
