To be sure that I am understanding the issue correctly, am I correct in understanding that the router is able to ping both of the PCs but the PCs are not able to ping each other?
If that is the case then I would like to see the output of a test where each PC attempts to ping all of the interfaces on the router (each PC pings to 192.168.1.25, to 192.168.1.33, and to10.233.13.9.

I am actually able to reach 192.168.1.25, and ofcourse 192.168.1.33 (this is may be because, I have turn off fw, and restart the machine during our conversation), this machine is win xp,
let me do same thing with pc0, which is win 7, (turn off fw and restart pc)
