Hi Team,
I have one machine connected to the access point. I am able to see the ip ad mac of the device. But i am not able to ping the device and RDP the device. Could you please help me what might be the issue.

is this a windows machine?
did you check these?
- PC firewall is enabled and if ping rule is allowed
- RDP setting is allowed
