reboat on rommon mod

hi Experts,

each time i restart my 2811 router it's drive me to the rommon mod and i have to select boot from flash i intered boot system command and it's shown as followed

Please change the Configuration register to 0x2102 via the config-register command and reload the router .

how can i get back the SDM as it's erased from the flash:

(i don't have cco password to download it)
