I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say "I have 6 Mb bandwidth". I presume what you are getting at is that you have a 6 Mbps Internet connection via a router, and you want it to be shared fairly between three client PCs on your switch.
If it's the scenario I think it is, then you are receiving traffic from your Internet line at up to 6 Mbps. Unfortunately, you have no control over the way the ISP sends you the traffic, so it is not possible to partition the line in the way you are suggesting.
