What is the IOS?

Version 12.4(15)T7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

Does your router have the NPE-G2 processing engine?

You may be hitting the bug CSCsg05375.

Symptoms: A Cisco 7200 series that has an NPE-G2 may reload unexpectedly
because of a SegV exception.

Conditions: This symptom is observed on a Cisco 7200 series that runs Cisco
IOS Release 12.4(4)XD2 or Release 12.4(4)XD3 but does also affect other
releases.

Known Fixed Releases:
(8)
12.4(11.1)T
12.4(10.8)T1
12.4(4)XD4
12.2(31)SB2
12.2(33)SB
12.4(22.3.4)PIC1
12.2(33)SRC
12.4(24.5.2)PIC1

If you don't think this matches your problem, you can upload the show tech, I'll look at it.

Thanks.
