remove username passowrd login on cisco AS5300

i have a cisco AS5300 RAS but when switched on at the console, it asks me to enter a username and password. it also says that it was used in a university and gaining access requires an autherised account. obviously, this product has been decomissioned and i own it now. how do i remove the login?

cant access the router and break does not work. i am using PUTTY for console

problem solved. all i did was took the flash module out and boot the server. once in rommon mode, i entered confreg 0x2142. i then switched off the server and inserted the flash and once i turned it on, i was able to access the RAS without requiring the login
