Replace AC power supply by DC power supply in 2911

Can i change the power supply in a 2911 router that is running with a AC power supply for a DC power supply.

With a 2911 which has an RPS unit connected, is the AC PSU Hot-Swappable ?  I believe it is but cannot find written documentation to support it.
