Require assistance on OER

MC\BR collocated on the same router. Serial interface is P2P and dmvpn tunnel is secondary.

Running Version 12.4(15)T7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3) on 2821 platform

To start with, I need video to route over DSL and failover to P2P

Rest to route over P2P and Failover to DSL. NO LOAD BALANCING REQUIRED AT THIS POINT.

But I cannot see hits for my traffic class. Badly need your help.
