Reverse telnet on AUX port. Is it possible to restrict access to specific local users

Hello

I am using reverse telnet through the AUX port, with the input protocol as ssh

line aux 0
 modem InOut
 rotary 1
 no exec
 transport input ssh
 transport output all
 speed 115200

ip ssh port 2000 rotary 1

SSH'ing to port 2000 makes use of the AUX port. Works great, there's just one gripe I have with it. I have two users:

username admin privilege 15 secret 5 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
username monitor privilege 2 secret 5 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

And both 'admin' *and* 'monitor' are able to login and use the AUX port on SSH/port 2000

I'd like to restrict it to just 'admin' but I've been reading documentation for hours now, can't see how (if at all) this might be possible?
